Haagen Dazs in Bronxville

They've improved the inside but I wanted coconut on my cone...they didn't have it!!! How could you sell ice cream and not have this topping???

The place is always busy, especially during ice cream season (summer time), so you need to expect a line and wait. The servers are very courteous and attentative. They have a great variety and their vanilla mill shake is delicious. If your looking to cool down with a sweet tooth, look no further.

The staff is genuinely friendly, The seating area to the left of the entrance is cute and Instagram ready, The cookies and brownies are a bit stale, I’ve had them a few times and its always the same taste, stay away. No restroom available for customers, you’d have to go across the street to Starbucks. Parking is generally ok in the area. Quiet and a great place to bring your kids after a hot summer day or a Sunday-dessert. The place is open 7 days a week from 11:00AM- 10:00PM.

I bought a beautiful ice cream cake for Easter. Unfortunately that's all it was. Beautiful. The ice cream was crystallized and freezer burned. Very disappointed for $40plus

Service guys was really rude and the ice cream shake was tasteless. Most likely I will never come back again.

Seriously whoever runs this place needs to call me.I went to enjoy some ice cream with my wife, our baby and some friends. My wife ordered raspberry sorbet and chocolate. As she was eating she notices something weird tasting and pulled out a BABY ROACH from her mouth!!! We called over the manager and he made a face of disgust.He told us we could throw them out and he would get us new ones. “No thanks, we will take a refund.”They agreed and gave back a refund. But I don’t think anyone should feel comfortable eating here. This is a picture we took of the roach on the table to the right when you walk in.

Haagen Dazs ice cream was the best they have so many different ice creams my favorite ice cream was dulce de leche

I've always had a very pleasant experience at this Häagen-Dazs...until tonight. So unprofessional! Why post operating hours when you shut down whenever you want. There was literally a small crowd of people at the door at 9:55 wanting to buy ice cream but the door was locked. They were still serving customers. There was still ice cream to be sold. I understand when you're closing for the evening you just want to get home, but you have a job to do. Your job is to sell ice cream. Do your job.
